Established in 2017, the business had shown strong growth in the local region, but now wanted to scale up to grow nationally across the UK.
Engaged to support the commercial sales growth, developing the supporting commercial infrastructure, such as ERP/CRM implementation, sales tactics and marketing strategy.
Also engaged to initiate operational efficiency and plan for ISO9001 and ISO14001, by initiating a company wide SOP and continuous improvement quality discipline.
